" Actually bought in 2010, laugh every time I use it. We first had the Toto washlet S300 and thought this would be the same but it's superior to the washlet in odor control, sometimes the washlet let some odor escape, the Neorest never does. The Neorest deoderizer is also quieter, the S300 has a higher pitch. The Neorest does a excellent job of cleaning the bowl when flushed 99 out of 100 times, our other low flush was a constant double flusher. Already had the outlet there for the S300 so installation was easy. "

" Really an incredible device. We in Florida are used to going in coffee cans as is customary in a dump-of-a-state like this. However, to have a toilet that flushes with such thrust that you can actually feel your lungs drop is impressive. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Thank you TOTO! "

" Nice but guests can't figure out how to flush it (it does it automatically.) Next time I think I'll just get a Washlet S300 on a Toto one piece toilet (Bristol perhaps) and save money. "

" This toilet is phenomenal. You will fall in love with this thing. The worst part about the installation is getting electricity to the area behind the toilet. Had an electrician do that part. The instructions are straight forward and easy enough to follow. Toto is the best, I did the research. All your friends will want to try it. out "

" We love our Toto, yeah its a bit much more some to spent money on a toilet bowl. A great space saver and it is easy to clean.We lived in Japan for 8yrs and we got used to the comfort of life. You dont have to move out of the country to experience the same comfort! buy one now! "
